Spent 1.5 years at Zomato owning everything video: funny Insta reels, in-app training, callouts to boost delivery logins. Shot it, edited it, planned it, vibed with it. From pre-prod chaos to polished posts, Zomato was my content playground.







Showcasing 3 unique love stories of delivery partners for Valentines day campaign. this campaign engaged with more than 2M+ audience across Instagram and Delivery partner app.



What happens when the product is designed by users?
We selected few delivery partners to work from Zomato HQ and covered their 2 months of journey in 3 episodes.







These 3 videos got over 1.2 million organic views combined on Instagram. That might not sound massive in a viral world, but for context—older call-out videos asking delivery partners to log in usually capped at around 100–200K views per campaign. By adding strong hooks and switching up the way we talk to the audience, we were able to break that ceiling and really engage them in a new way.
