Kavitha Mishra is a resident of Raichur district, Manvi taluk.
She is fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and a total of five languages. She has converted 8 acres of barren land into a piece of heaven through organic farming and drip irrigation.
20 years back she was offered a job by Infosys, but she declined. When she got married and came to her husband’s house, it was a barren land, and was barely able to produce half a bag of grains. Now it has become a paradise. She homes a plethora of women as well as men on her farm, raising their families and growing together as entrepreneurs.
